Tenant counting

Full support of tenant-Counting. All tenants are counted Individual. The client decides who will have authority to each tenant (Tenant And/Or Mall)

A modern Visitor counting system covers:
— External Entrances – Gives the total visitation number and occupancy in a Mall, Airport etc.
— Floor Levels – Gives the visitation and occupancy per floor.
— Zones – Gives the visitation and occupancy per Zone (e.g. Food court or corridors)
— Tenants – Gives the visitation and occupancy for each tenant. Even if some tenants have their own sensors this is a low-cost way to measure the “Capture Rate” and the value of the location.
It can be connected to rental level settings, “conversion rate”.
The mall can also let the tenants take part of the information and get a good return of investment.

We collect sales information trough web services or different import formats and combine them with counting and tracking information in order to get very accurate conversion rate.

The Results can be grouped according to tenants or zones.

Databases can be synced or exported in order to transfer statistics into customer’s systems for further specific analysis.

From three different centers our system is constantly developed in order to be in the front line regarding Visitor Counting & Car Park guidance systems. We get experience from different parts of the world, which implemented in the product, while we still keep the local user interfaces. (e.g. in Russia the system user interfaces and instructions are in Russian while all international functionality is still there.)
